UNSA Institute for Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology participated in the renowned international innovation fair

From 27 to 29 November 2020, the Institute of Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology (INGEB), on behalf of the University of Sarajevo participated in the renowned international innovation fair organized and invited by the Platform for Cooperation of University Centers and Industry from Turkey (USIMP).

The USIMP is an organization that brings together over 100 local and international institutions (universities, technology transfer offices, chambers of industry and commerce, and NGOs to establish, institutionalize and improve the quality and success of knowledge and technology translation in the academic sector for the benefit of the wider community).

INGEB scientific advisors Prof. Dr. Kasim Bajrović and Prof. Dr. Lejla Pojskić presented the innovation potentials by presenting the topic Inovacijski potencijal biotehničkog i biomedicinskog istraživanja na Univerzitetu u Sarajevu (Innovation potential of biotechnical and biomedical research at the University of Sarajevo). The presentation of the innovation potentials of INGEB and the UNSA Center for Research and Development are an important step in increasing the visibility and institutionalization of the valuable innovation potentials of UNSA for the development of BH economy and society.
