"Corporate Governance" guest lecture by Doz. Dr. Venan Hadžiselimović

At the Faculty of Administration, University of Sarajevo on 21 December 2021 at 17:00  within the course "Project Management," a guest lecture "Corporate Governance" by Doz. Dr. Venan Hadžiselimović, Executive Director of Hifa-Oil Group will be held.

Assistant Professor Hadžiselimović will talk about what corporations and corporate governance in general are and whether there is a functioning corporate governance system in Bosnia and Herzegovina. An example of corporate governance will be the way in which the Hifa-Oil Group operates.

The interactive lecture is intended for students of the Faculty of Administration as well as for other interested persons.
