Prof. Dr. Munir Drkić appointed member of the Scientific Committee for the preparation of the "Encyclopedia of Rumi"

Prof. Dr. Munir Drkić, associate professor at the Department of Persian Language and Literature at the Faculty of Philosophy, University of Sarajevo, has been appointed a member of the Scientific Committee for the "Encyclopedia of Rumi", a project implemented by the Department of Science and Technology of the Office of the President of Iran. The Department of Studies on Jalaluddin Rumi has launched a project to create an "Encyclopedia and Rumi", as the first such reference source in the field of research into the life, works and teachings of Jalaluddin Rumi. This encyclopedia is created with the participation of professors and experts from different countries.

Professor Munir Drkić is at the same time the responsible person of the Department of Studies on Jalaluddin Rumi (Department of Science and Technology of the Office of the President of the IR Iran) for the Balkans, which is an exceptional recognition of the academic work of Prof. Dr. Munir Drkić and the Faculty of Philosophy, University of Sarajevo as a whole.
