The UNSA Faculty of Education signed an agreement on academic cooperation with the Faculty of Teacher Education at the University of Zagreb

In Zagreb on February 12, 2026, a. d. Dean of the University of Sarajevo - Faculty of Education, Prof. Dr. Mirela Omerović and the dean of the Faculty of Teacher Education, University of Zagreb, Prof. Dr. Blaženka Filipan-Žignić signed an agreement on academic cooperation with the aim of establishing academic, educational and cultural cooperation between these two institutions. Cooperation will include networking and mutual exchange of teachers, researchers, students and other staff, joint educational, educational and research activities, joint organization of conferences, congresses, seminars, etc., exchange of professional literature and other activities of common interest. This is an important step in establishing close international cooperation with related institutions in the surrounding countries, and especially in the countries of the European Union, which is of great importance for the University of Sarajevo.
