15 UNSA Faculty of Mechanical Engineering students, together with colleagues and from Albania and Montenegro, attended practical training in the field of entrepreneurship at the University of Palermo, Italy from 17 to 28 September 2018. The activity was organized in groups consisting of representatives of all three universities (University of Montenegro and University of Elbasan, Albania), which strengthened the competences of team work in a multicultural environment as expected for Bosnia and Herzegovina's advanced and export-oriented innovative enterprises, and what kind of styles these young people do.
The aim was to train students to independently develop business plans and to create and select innovative business ideas and to enhance entrepreneurial competencies as a key competence for employment, which is the main goal of the EU-funded REBUS project through the Erasmus+ program.
The Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, University of Sarajevo has gathered an impressive consortium for the project realization - 14 universities from Albania, Austria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Italy, Kosovo, Germany and Russia. The idea for the project came from an effort to change the awareness of a student in technical faculties and to break down resistance to private initiatives and entrepreneurship.
