Delegation of the High People's Court of Beijing at the UNSA Faculty of Law

A delegation of the High People's Court of Beijing, led by Liu Liming, Head of the Political Department, visited the University of Sarajevo - Faculty of Law. In addition to Director Liming, the delegation included Xing Rui, Head of the Human Resources Department of the High People's Court of Beijing, Lin Na, Deputy Head of the Education and Training Department of the High People's Court of Beijing, and Zhang Yuwei, Director of the Political Department of the First Instance People's Court of Dongcheng District in Beijing. At the Faculty of Law, they met with Dean Prof. Dr. Zinka Grbo, Vice Dean for International Cooperation Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mirza Hebib and Assistant Lejla Hasanović, M.Iur., MSc.

Dean Grbo and Vice Dean Hebib presented the tradition, organization and activities of the Faculty to the guests, with special emphasis on educational and scientific research activities. The guests from China expressed special interest in models of practical training for law students and the Faculty's cooperation with judicial institutions. Assistant Hasanović held a thematic presentation on the implementation of student internships and key results achieved through multilateral cooperation of the Faculty, with an emphasis on professional training programs for students in the courts.

At the end of the protocol and thematic part of the visit, Director Liming thanked the Faculty for the warm reception and meaningful presentations and expressed her desire to continue the dialogue and further strengthen the academic ties between the institutions.
