Introducing New Technologies in Agriculture and Food Technology

The 30th International Scientific and Expert Conference from the Field of Agriculture and Food Industry “Smart Agriculture Systems, Answers for Forthcoming Challenges" is taking place in Sarajevo.

The conference organizers are the Faculty of Agriculture and Food Sciences, University of Sarajevo and the Faculty of Agriculture, Ege University (Izmir, Turkey), in cooperation with the Association for Medical and Biological Engineering in BiH and the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Belgrade.

The Conference will feature 95 papers from the field of agriculture and food technology from more than six countries, whereas some of the world's most famous experts from Germany, Spain, Italy, Turkey, Croatia, Slovenia, Serbia, Macedonia will deliver their presentations.

“The conference’s focus is on presenting new technologies in agriculture and food technology significantly improving this sector, thereby achieving better yields while minimizing the natural resources use. Only the application of new technologies in food production can adequately meet the present challenges - growing food needs and reduced amount of available natural resources” stated organizers.
