Members of the Interreligious Council of the City of Gent visited the Faculty of Islamic Sciences

The Faculty of Islamic Sciences, University of Sarajevo was visited by the representatives of the Interreligious Council of the City of Gent (Belgium) led by the imam in Ghent and the graduate of the Faculty of Islamic Sciences, Ilber ef. Redzepi.
During the visit guests had the opportunity to get acquainted with the history and teaching activities of the Faculty. In conversation with the Vice-Dean for International Cooperation Dr. Aida Smajić's guests showed special interest in the cultural and religious heritage of Bosnian Muslims and the role of religion in the process of reconciliation in post-war Bosnia and Herzegovina.
