UNSA Study Expo

Registration Open for the 15th UNSA Study Expo 2025 (Scholarship Fair)

The University of Sarajevo is proud to announce the 15th UNSA Study Expo (Scholarship Fair), which will be held on October 23, 2025, from 09:00 to 17:00, at the University of Sarajevo Rectorate (Obala Kulina bana 7/II).

The Scholarship Fair is a unique opportunity for students, academic and administrative staff, high school students, and all interested individuals to learn about current opportunities for mobility, scholarships, internships, exchanges, and international cooperation. The fair will host numerous embassies, international organizations, foreign universities, as well as local institutions offering support for education and professional development.

Due to a limited number of slots and the specific format of this year’s fair, the focus will be exclusively on institutions offering formal education at the first, second, or third cycle, and scholarships for those programs.

We invite all interested exhibitors to register via the following link:

What is the UNSA Study Expo (Scholarship Fair)?
The UNSA Study Expo, also known as the Scholarship Fair, is a unique event initiated by the International Relations Office of the University of Sarajevo in 2010. Its purpose is to promote opportunities for scholarships and professional development, both in Bosnia and Herzegovina and abroad. The Fair gathers a wide range of local and international institutions—governmental bodies, NGOs, embassies, cultural centers, universities, and others—that provide different forms of financial support, including scholarships, one-time grants, and loans.

Since 2017, the Fair has been an integral part of the International Staff Training Week, enhancing university internationalization efforts and fostering new academic partnerships.

Who is it for?
The Scholarship Fair is open to a broad audience:
– Students (high school, undergraduate, master’s, PhD)
– Teaching and administrative staff
– Researchers
– Individuals not currently enrolled or employed at a higher education institution but seeking further education or training

It is a key resource for anyone pursuing continuous professional development or lifelong learning through financial support and international study opportunities.
