Health Minister Sarajevo Canton at the Faculty of Pharmacy, University of Sarajevo: From Cooperation to New Joint Projects

On the occasion of World Pharmacists' Day – 25 September, Enis Hasanović, Minister of Health of Sarajevo Canton, visited the Faculty of Pharmacy at the University of Sarajevo on Friday, where he met with Dean Prof. Dr. Mirza Dedić and his associates.

The focus of the discussions was on new projects and initiatives, as well as the development of more concrete cooperation mechanisms between the Ministry of Health of Sarajevo Canton and the Faculty of Pharmacy in the near future.

The discussions addressed areas that could be further improved and ways to more strongly connect pharmacy, the healthcare system, and education through joint projects.

The goal is to further integrate the knowledge and professional capacities of the academic community into the development of the healthcare system and to create new solutions that will have practical value for healthcare professionals and citizens.

Minister Hasanović and Dean Dedić expressed their readiness to continue these discussions and translate them into concrete activities.

The Ministry of Health of Sarajevo Canton continues to open spaces for cooperation with the profession and the academic community, because connecting knowledge, education, and healthcare practice represents an important step toward further improvement of the healthcare system of Sarajevo Canton.
