The first session of the workshop "Public Speaking Skills" was held at the UNSA Faculty of Law

On 20 March 2020, at the Faculty of Law, University of Sarajevo, in cooperation with the Faculty of Law, University of Banja Luka, and with the support of the Konrad Adenauer Foundation - Representation in Bosnia and Herzegovina, the first session of the workshop "Public Speaking Skills" was held.

Lecturers within the workshop were senior assistants Olivera Ševo, MA and Igor Popović, MA from the Faculty of Law, University of Banja Luka and associates and mentors at the Center for Rhetoric and Oratory "Institutio Oratoria" of the same faculty, and senior assistant Mirza Hebib, MA from the Faculty of Law, University of Sarajevo.

During the workshop, students had the opportunity to learn more about the tradition of rhetoric in European education, the importance of public speaking in modern times, the way of writing speeches and the technique of public speaking. The workshop will be continued through presentations by students, who will have the opportunity to apply the acquired knowledge and skills through the preparation of their speeches.
