The University of Sarajevo Music Academy is pleased to announce a lecture by Nataša Mirković, vocal artist and professor at the Universität für Musik und darstellende Kunst Wien, in the curriculum of the course “Music in Context”.

With lectures “Voice as an instrument”, Nataša Mirković will present to students and the audience her experiences in the creative approach to voice as an instrument of expression of individual creative thinking in different artistic and personal contexts. At the first lecture, 15/04/2021, Prof. Mirković will talk about his own experiences in the multidisciplinary field of artistic activity in his artistic career. In the second lecture, he will present the basic principles of his own methodological theory “Universal voice guidance”, which is aimed at strengthening the individual artistic expression of the singer, which is applicable in different artistic and stylistic environments.

The program is led and moderated by musicologist Dr. Amila Ramović, associate professor at the Academy of Music, within the teaching area Music in Context.
 


Nataša Mirković is a vocal artist from Bosnia and Herzegovina living in Vienna.
