The Conference represents an activity, which is a part of the Project: "The Importance of Intellectual Property Rights in Stimulating Innovation and Creativity at the University of Sarajevo" (IVIK UNSA). The Project is implemented at the University of Sarajevo - Faculty of Law with the support of the Center for Research and Development of the University of Sarajevo, and is co-financed by the Ministry of Science, Higher Education and Youth of Sarajevo Canton.

The goal of this Conference is to address current legal problems in the field of Intellectual property rights caused by the rapid progress of digital technologies, but with an interdisciplinary approach. By adopting this approach, the conference aims to bring together speakers from diverse professional backgrounds, including academia, the legal profession, and the IT industry. These presenters hold expertise in both Intellectual property rights and cutting-edge technologies.
