HRS4R Process

In June 2016, the University of Sarajevo officially endorsed the initiative of the European commission and the recommendations given in the European Charter for Researchers and the Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers. University of Sarajevo has since performed the Gap Analysis on activities and practices at the University within the four focal areas of the Charter & Code (Ethical and Professional Aspects, Recruitment and Selection, Working Conditions and Social Security, Training and Development), as well as the Action Plan for the purpose of improvements in the areas of determined weaknesses and limitations:

In June 2018, the Senate of the University of Sarajevo endorsed the Human Resources Strategy for Researchers (HRS4R) which is to be developed through implementation of the Action Plan.
