Future is always difficult to predict, it is the mix of necessity, coincidence, and will. That's why it depends to a certain extent on yourself: what do you want and what will you do with it. The task of each new generation, even yours, is to bring changes that will generate further changes in society. You are the ones who, with their knowledge and competencies that are invited to make the changes in the world both as witnesses and participants who want, not only to live, but to know what they lived for. As true intellectuals, you carry a vital humanity that does not tolerate superficiality, staleness, dogmatism, and other obstacles to human progress.” "Rector Škrijelj also said that prompted ones should learn to be important and proud of themselves, as they enter a completely new a world, a world in which nothing will be given to them, and everything will be set forth again.

The best students of the second cycle of studies with an average grade of 10.00 are: Mirza Pašić from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Sead Delalić from the Faculty of Natural Sciences and Mathematics and Harun Hindi from the Faculty of Natural Sciences and Mathematics.

Sead Delalić, one of the top three students of the second cycle of studies addressed the audience on behalf of the students - special awards recipients and on behalf of all of this year's graduates. Speaking about comparing the study process with the resolution of the popular 3x3x3 Rubik's cube, Sead Delalić pointed out: "Each of us has made a big decision in life by enrolling at Faculty - the decision to invest our time in the process of acquiring new knowledge. Each of us got his Rubik's cube that was not solved. Every Rubik's cube has a hardly imaginative number of options and different moves. Only some of them give the solution. Each exam, each lesson learned, each year of study, every sleepless hour  and additional cup of coffee, each read script, every shortened script represent a step towards the final solution of the cube. There were good ones, there were bad moves. In the end, each of us here found his solution of Rubik's cube. Someone in 10, someone in 100 moves, but now we are all here and we are proud of our success. We are aware that by solving the cube we do not end our education. Education is not and should not be a preparation for life. Education is life. Each of us wants to find the best way. And we do not guarantee that we will succeed. We guarantee that we will try. In the end, the only way that is condemned to failure is the one that has not yet begun. Now we are starting to solve the new Rubik's cube, which is called life, is significantly larger than the standard one and offers significantly more possibilities and moves. Good luck to us all!"

The University of Sarajevo, according to its capacities and importance, the tradition and the number of students who enrolled and completed their education, is still a leading educational institution in the country. In order to at least partially present everything that University represents, a student of the second cycle of Directing at the Academy of Performing Arts, Emir Kapetanović recorded a short film that was screened during the Ceremony.
