JobFAIR '20: Fair Applications Opened
As you already know JobFAIR ’20 will be held online through the Hopin platform. Below you will be able to read and see how to register for the Fair, get in touch with company representatives and how you can participate in the workshops. It is very important to emphasize that the Fair is available to everyone, it does not require any cost for all who want to visit it.
How to apply for JobFAIR ‘20?
We will go through the steps required to register for the Fair:
- Visit our official website www.jobfair.ba;
- On the front page, click on the button titled “SIGN UP FOR A JOFAFAIR.”
- Clicking this button will open the event registration page.
- Click the “Join event” button.
- You can enter your login details or register using your Facebook, LinkedIn or Google account.
- You will receive a confirmation by e-mail that you have registered for the Fair.
How to get in touch with company representatives?
On the day of the Fair, after the registration process is completed, you access the Hopin platform using the same procedure and the same data as during registration. The only difference is that you do not register again, but login with your access data.
The stands of the participating companies are located in the "Expo" part of the platform, and the stands contain representatives of the company and/or their promotional video. You can ask your questions in the chat on the right side of the page or join the stand using a microphone and a camera by clicking on the "share audio and video" button.
What will CSD and OST look like?
Career Speed Dating (CSD) workshop will be held on Monday, 9/11/2020 in the terms: 11:00 - 12:00 and 13:00 - 14:00, and you can access it by entering the "Networking" part of the Fair, in the period in which you are deployed. When logging in, all you have to do is click on the “Ready” button and the platform will connect you with the person with whom you have a job interview simulation.
During the conversation, by clicking on the "Connect" button, you exchange contact information with the person with whom you had a conversation via the site. You can find and edit them on the "Home" part of your profile (click on your image in the upper right corner -> "Home").
The Open Space Technology (OST) workshop will be held on Tuesday, 10 November 2020 at 11:00 - 12:00 and 13:00 - 14:00, and you can access it by clicking on the "Sessions" part of the Fair. After that, you need to enter the room where you are assigned in the given period, you received the information by e-mail. By clicking on the "ask to share audio and video" button, you can access the session and you can actively participate in the workshop.
It is very important to note that in the process of sharing video and audio, you will have to choose the devices you will use for this, and allow access to them by the website.
