“Year after year, we offer our trainees a modern and up-to-date approach to education and specialization in the areas demanded by the labor market. Curricula and lecturers offer a combination of theory and practice. All programs are interdisciplinary in nature, and following the higher education trends, go beyond the scope of a single scientific discipline” stated Prof. Dr. Melika Husić-Mehmedović, Center's Director adding that the studies are conducted by the best experts in their field in BiH and the region.

The European Studies Program educates personnel in an innovative and modern way that will be the backbone of the integration process evolving into a single European space. Taking into consideration it is about a growing shortage of this kind of personnel, this program offers the possibility of career advancement in all government bodies, business environment, non-governmental sector, media, education and international organizations. The specialist studies Nutrition is the first interdisciplinary study in this field in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The study was created in response to the needs of society for the education of professionals who are increasingly needed in Bosnia and Herzegovina, by the food industry, the HoReCa sector, sports clubs and the health sector.

So far, more than 1000 students have graduated from the CIS UNSA Master's degree study programs who have found employment in various sectors contributing daily to the progress of the entire BiH through their jobs. The Center is focused on the interdisciplinary education of a new generation of experts from Bosnia and Herzegovina as well as from the regional and Southeast Europe countries. As such, CIS brings together more than a hundred distinguished local and foreign experts working together on development projects from all fields of science.
