The conference “Business Community and the Sustainable Development Goals in Bosnia and Herzegovina” is to be held in Sarajevo, on 12 June 2018.

This conference is a platform for promoting sustainable development goals and raising awareness about the extremely important role of companies in their realization. Conference participants will look at global issues from the BH perspective, including responsible resource management and environmental protection, ethical business dealing, opening up quality jobs and their impact on the image and competitiveness of the company. The conference will also discuss issues of corporate social responsibility, equal opportunities and gender equality. The aim of the conference is to present the experiences of Swedish and B-H enterprises that operate in accordance with the goals of sustainable development, achieving such a higher growth, with the reduction of business risks.
It is important to note that the conference will be an opportunity for companies that want sustainable development to be an integral part of their core business and business models show their shared commitment and contribute to the realization of Agenda 2030 in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
