The Recruitment Policy of the University of Sarajevo is defined by national legislation as follows:
• Labour Law of FBiH (in Bosnian)
• Law on Higher Education of Canton Sarajevo (in Bosnian)
• Law on Research in Canton Sarajevo (in Bosnian)
Adtitionally, University of Sarajevo is fully commited to the principles of open, transparent and merit-based recruitment, and includes majority of the OTM-R principles.
